Summer Lecture Series
The Challenge
Smithsonian Magazine sought out All Together Now to design and execute a monthly, paid digital lecture series. The Editorial Team wanted to balance the ease of event management while still creating a high-quality, professional looking livestream event.
The Execution

All Together Now leveraged two platforms already approved by Smithsonian IT, Zoom & EventBrite, to manage ticketing and attendee communication.

To level-up the Zoom experience we designed a highly visual and seamless run-of-show, created digital motion graphics, edited speaker presentations to prioritize graphics over text, and ran a tech rehearsal to ensure a smooth execution.

On the technical side we ran an audit of Smithsonian Magazine's Zoom settings to maximize A/V quality, and set up the individual Zoom Webinar events.

During the live event we liveswitched all assets, speakers, & presentations, and managed the Q&A.

Sing Out for Freedom Concert
The Challenge
NYCLU's producing team made a last minute decision to take their in-person event hybrid and sought out All Together Now to own the "pivot-to-hybrid" and get the event ready to be broadcast to screens around the world...all in less than 6 weeks.
The Execution

All Together Now outlined a plan to hybridize the beloved concert: we identified & hired a partner to supply & operate equipment to live capture the event

We sent a 3 camera switch + motion graphics, as well as pre-recorded packages to a secure Vimeo page for NYCLU digital audiences

We secured the Sync Rights for songs performed during the show; consulted on graphics, video assets, & specs required for the livestream; developed a broadcast script

Our director and showcaller, as well as an interaction producermanaged the broadcast & digital audience experience on the big night.

The Challenge
The in-person Miscast performances have been released digitally via YouTube (for free) since the early 2000s. All Together Now worked with MCC to create a strategy to convert free viewers of single videos to paid viewers of the digital version of the entire show.
The Execution

All Together Now worked with the Development Team to create a digital venue strategy that would gate the show and provide an experience worth paying for

Our venue team managed on-platform ticket sales as well as third party discounted ticket sales, issuing unique access tickets to almost 4k attendees

Together, we turned the "show" into an entire experience built on the Hopin platform - including a pre-show interactive trivia game, the broadcast and a post-show influencers panel

Our strategists broke down audience behavior insights to provide targeting and segmentation recommendations for the MCC marketing team
