Smithsonian Magazine Live Digital Lecture Series

Smithsonian Magazine is a world-renowned print magazine dedicated to lifelong learning and the pursuit of knowledge.

 

When the pandemic forced them to pivot their live events digitally, they discovered an entire audience that they had been missing, eager to be entertained by and learn from the editors, photographers and researchers featured in the magazine. 

Leveraging two platforms that were already approved by Smithsonian IT, we designed and leveled up a ticket process via Eventbrite and a broadcast inside of Zoom by training the live talent, prioritizing graphics over tech and switching between it all during the show.
